About

– All participants and farm guests must complete a liability waiver before participating in goat yoga.

– Yoga mats will be provided for participants. No need to bring your own!

-Because goats can weigh 15-35 pounds and have sharp hooves and horns, goat yoga is not suitable for children under 10. However, children, as well as adults not participating in yoga, are welcome to join us as guests with a paying ticket holder and watch the fun. Adults are responsible for monitoring children at all times! Everyone who visits the farm must sign a liability waiver.

– Shorts, tank tops, and sleeveless shirts are not recommended. Goats may jump on you and can scratch exposed skin. Yoga or work out clothes are recommended; however, do not worry about being a serious yoga student. Feel free to participate in the actual yoga poses as much or as little as you like.

– Our class will take place in a pasture or in a barn sheltered from rain. However, if a severe storm or other factors force us to cancel classes, we will do our best to contact you within 12 hours prior to class to refund or reschedule your class. NO REFUNDS will be offered for any other reason!

– People often worry about goat pee and poop during a session. While goats will certainly do their business when they feel like it, it is unlikely, though possible, that they will actually do it on you. They will probably pee or poop on your mat, but don’t worry, our employees will be available to roll their little poop balls off of your mat or clean up the pee.

– If you have any questions prior to your class, please contact Goat Yoga Shoals via Facebook or by emailing goatyogashoals@gmail.com
